– It feels fantastic to be nominated and recognized in this way. The nomination acknowledges that we are doing very meaningful work. It is especially nice for our colleagues who, with their skills and engagement, are giving their all to reach our goal of creating negative emissions, said Charlotte Lindevall, head of strategic communication at Stockholm Exergi.

Stockholm Exergi is one of three finalists in the “Innovation” category. The European Sustainable Energy Award is part of the EU Commission’s Sustainable Energy Week and highlights EU projects that exemplify “an original and innovative path towards the transition to clean energy.” The winner will be determined through an open poll where anyone can participate and cast their vote until September 18, 2022.

– We hope that many people will vote for Beccs Stockholm, said Charlotte Lindevall.
